| 摘 要： | 自主创新是安徽科技发展的灵魂,是支撑安徽崛起的筋骨。自主创新能力是区域竞争力的核心,是安徽省应对未来挑战的重大选择。提升安徽省自主创新能力不仅是战略机遇期的需要,更是经济转型的迫切要求。文章指出提升安徽省技术创新能力的措施有：完善区域创新体系,培育创新环境,培育行业领先企业,培育战略性产业高地,鼓励专业镇技术创新,高度重视创新人才的培养。

The article pointed out that promotes the Anhui Province technological innovation ability the measure to have consummates the region innovation system, the cultivation innovation environment, the cultivation profession leading enterprise, cultivates the strategic industrial high ground, encourages the specialized town technological innovation, as well as takes seriously to innovate talented person＇s raise. |
