| Abstract: | The professionalizing,specializing and expertizing construction of college instructor troop is significant in improving the quality of instructor troop and its ability in student instruction and management.Steps should be taken around instructors＇ demand to develop,learning about principles,innovating mechanisms and enriching supporter,so as to develop the scientific construction of professionalizing,specializing and expertizing college instructor troop. |
