| 摘 要： | 企业家精神和能力在民营企业创业初期具有十分重要的作用,主要体现在把握市场机遇和寻找、组织生产所需要的各类资源,实现创业成功。但随着企业竞争环境的变化和企业规模的发展,企业经营和战略管理的难度加大,民营企业家及其家族成员在新阶段企业科层组织中的领导危机越来越大。这个问题在以往一直没有受到应有的重视,主要原因在于经济学研究和管理体制设计中的股东至上主义心理定势,企业家职业化将改善民营企业公司治理效果。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship plays an important role in the early stage of private enterprises, but in the coming phases of Corporation Strategy, hierar chy failure will appear if the entrepreneur can not professionalize. In modern firm theory, capital ownership is regarded as the most important factor which is the reason why the deeper researching of ownership and principals had not been emphasized. Infact, Professionalization of Entrepreneurs wil be the urgency and linchpin of Private corporation governance. |
