食品防腐剂苯甲酸印迹聚合物的制备条件优化

摘    要:以食品防腐剂苯甲酸为模板分子,采用本体聚合的方法,通过紫外图谱和吸附性对功能单体进行选择,通过单因素和正交试验对模板分子、交联剂、功能单体三种物质的比例及合成温度进行了优化,得出最佳功能单体为α-甲基丙烯酸,最佳比例为1∶5∶15,最佳温度是70℃。优化条件制取的聚合物的吸附性最强。

Abstract:The molecular imprinted polymers of hydroxybenzoic acid were synthesized by bulk polymerization.through the uv mapping and adsorption data to choose functional monomer,by single factor and orthogonal experiment,the template molecule,crosslinking agent,functional monomer three material of proportion and the synthesis temperature optimized,and obtains the best functional monomer for alpha methylacrylic acid,the best ratio for 1:5:15,best temperature is 70 ℃.Optimal conditions of the adsorption polymer is strongest.
