| 摘 要： | 供应链管理理念的广泛实践要求企业突破彼此的质量管理边界，打破各项技术和标准壁垒，彼此合作，开展面向供应链的质量管理。文章探讨了当前企业质量管理模式的特点和存在的问题，提出了面向供应链的质量管理模式，建议企业以采购、销售作为面向上下游企业的沟通合作端口，将本企业的质量管理理念、措施、标准和要求向上下游企业渗透，从而在整个供应链上拓展开来，提升整个供应链的质量管理水平。
