| 摘 要： | 从CEPA涵盖的三方面内容来看,服务贸易是重点。对CEPA服务贸易的实施进展以及WTO规则对该安排下服务贸易之影响进行阐述,有助于CEPA服务贸易的实施与发展。CEPA服务贸易在实施过程中存在一些法律问题,对这些问题的研究将有利于两地在服务贸易领域的合作。
