Study on Wuhan Constructing a Logistics Center and Pivot City with SWOT Analysis Method

Wuhan is not only a great central city in the middle part of China,but also an important connective city between east part and west part of China.Therefore,large amount of material and fund pass in and out of it.It is meaningful to construct a logistics center and pivot city in Wuhan for implementing westward exploitation strategy and promoting the economy of middle part area in China.In the process of constructing a logistics center and pivot city in Wuhan,there are both strengths and weaknesses in the inside condition as well as both opportunities and threats in the outside environment.The paper firstly introduces the SWOT method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the process of constructing a logistics center and pivot city in Wuhan,and then,on the basis of it,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and advice.
