| 摘 要： | 循环经济和生态城市建设的耦合点在于:循环经济是城市社会在生态文化支撑下,转模仿自然生态,自觉自我组织、自我调整以与城市自然环境相协调的一种技术范式.文章提出了在生态城市建设中,可资借鉴的循环规划及其制度支撑的实践模式.

| Abstract: | The coupling spot between cyclic economy and the ecology urban construction is: The cyclic economy is one kind of technical model that city society under the ecologically-conscious culture strut, transfers the imitation natural ecology, aware self-organizes, self-adjusts to coordinate with the city natural environment. The article proposes the model circulation plan and its system strut practice pattern that may help in the ecology urban construction. |
