Raising the Level of Land and Resource Management Strengthening the Function of Macroeconomic Control

The paper considers that land and resources are significant material base for social-economic development and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Land and resources are both object of macro-control and major means of macro-control. Then it put forward the next proposals. In the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and accomplishing industrialization, we must correctly balance the relationship between economy development and resources protection. We should make supply as the means, play the control role of lands and resources in order to promote social-economy balancing development. We must strengthen land and resource management, raise the capacity of effective and sustainable supply of lands and resources for laying a foundation to fully play the control role of lands and resources.
