摘    要:桂林市房地产品牌的建设从彷徨走到了坚定,开发商开始了努力探索和实践,故本文在研究和实践的基础上尝试提出适合本土运作的房地产品牌建设策略:准确市场细分,品牌定位;关注产品品质与服务品质;提炼品牌核心价值,体现企业核心价值观;不断进行品牌创新和维护。

Abstract:It has undergone a long journey from the unsteadiness to the steadfastness in building the brand in real estate, and in this process, the developers has began to explore and exercise in this effort. This paper,based on actual data, will propose a strategy,to build the brand, which will be suitable for Guilin. It includes: specifying the market to locate the brand names; paying more attention to quality and services; refining the core value of the brand to realize that of the enterprise; and keeping mantain and create the brands.
