| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入,民营经济对国民经济的影响将越来越深远,作用越来越大,结合哈尔滨市民营经济发展的现状,查摆差距和不足,通过剖析哈尔滨市民营经济发展内部条件和外部环境,提出适时调整发展战略是实现哈尔滨市经济跨越式发展的关键。

| Abstract: | Along with the deepened reform of socialist market economic system,the development of nongovernmental economy has a more and more far-reaching effect on Chinese economy.By viewing the surrent developement of nongovernmental economy in Harbin,the paper analyzes the existing problams in both outer and inner environment.It concludes that to adjust the strategy sould be the major task to realize the leaping development of Harbin's Economy. |
