| Abstract: | Currently there are many problems in the human resource management in universities,such as data imperfectness,lack of sharing,low utilization rate.The informationzation of human resource management in universities is in accordance with the needs of modernization of human resource management,and able to meet the needs of making decision by human resource information;it also can facilitate the faculty and staff to search various kinds of information and realize direct communication. |
