高校人力资源管理信息化研究

摘    要:目前高校人力资源管理存在不少问题,数据不完备,缺乏共享,利用率不高.高校人力资源管理信息化建设符合现代化人事管理工作需要,可以满足领导利用人事信息进行决策的需要,也便于教职员工查询各类信息以实现直接交流.

Abstract:Currently there are many problems in the human resource management in universities,such as data imperfectness,lack of sharing,low utilization rate.The informationzation of human resource management in universities is in accordance with the needs of modernization of human resource management,and able to meet the needs of making decision by human resource information;it also can facilitate the faculty and staff to search various kinds of information and realize direct communication.
