| 摘 要： | 在现代企业制度下,财务管理是现代企业适应市场发展的迫切需要,也是现代企业自身发展壮大的迫切要求,优胜劣汰机制需要真实可靠的财务管理.有效地做好企业的财务管理工作,迫切需要采取一些措施,如提高财务管理人员的素质、增强资本运营理念、加强资金集中管理并建立健全财务信息系统以及加强对财务的监管.从而适应市场经济的发展,促进企业的资金安全和有效利用,增强企业的生存和发展能力.
