| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代国际外包市场迅速发展,业务外包成为跨国公司在国际范围内进行产业调整和转移的新趋势。下文分析了跨国公司业务外包发展的特点以及跨国公司技术锁定策略对业务外包形成和发展带来的影响,并提出几点我国在面对国际业务外包时的启示。
