| 摘 要： | 大力发展文化创意产业既是文化自觉的一种体现,也是“调结构、保增长、扩内需的一种保障.青岛开发区具备了文化创意产业段速发展的有利条件,但在具体的产业发展过程中应努力做到:建立特色的产业模式、完善政府服务体系、拓宽融资渠道、占领人才制高点.

| Abstract: | To develop cultural and creative industries is a reflection of cultural awareness,is also a guarantee for the structural adjustment,capital growth,expand domestic demand.Qingdao Development Zone has the favorable conditions for rapid cultural and creative industries development,but in the specific process of industrial development,we should strive to establish a featured mode of industrial development,,improve government service system,broaden the financing channels and make well personnel cultivation. |
