| 摘 要： | 管理创新空间的大小不仅决定着管理创新的规模和层次,同时也反映着管理创新的重点及方向。对影响管理创新空间的众多变量进行归纳和概括就成为构造管理创新空间的理论前提。文章阐述了企业管理创新空间的建构及影响管理创新空间的时间维度变量、管理职能维度变量、业务活动维度变量和创新结果维度变量,对企业管理创新空间结构中的创新机制进行了分析,研究了企业管理创新空间的创新机制模型与创新模式选择问题,提出了企业管理创新点的确定策略。

| Abstract: | The space of innovation management determines the scale and level of innovation,as well as reflects the focus and direction of the innovation.To summarize and generalized the variables of innovation management is the theoretical premise of the structural prerequisite for management innovation space.This paper describes the structure of space enterprise management and the space time dimension variables,dimensions variable management functions,operations and innovation dimensions variable dimensions variable results,and then analyzes the innovation system of spatial structure in business management innovation mechanism;and then studies the problems of innovative system and space model,proposes the strategy of enterprise innovative point. |
