我国工程项目成本管理的弊端及强化措施分析

在社会主义市场经济机制下,财务管理已经成为现代企业管理的重要组成部分,在财务管理中成本管理则更是重中之重。当今建筑施工环境下,市场竞争日益激烈,建筑企业中的成本费用管理也越来越受到企业管理者的重视。建筑企业为了实现盈利,就必须不断提高项目成本管理措施,尽最大努力以最少的消耗来得到最大的经济效益。文章分析了我国企业中项目成本管理所存在的问题,并提出了改进成本管理的措施。

On the Shortcoming in the Cost Management of Industry Project in China and the Countermeasures for It

Under the socialist market economic mechanism,financial management has become an important part of modern business management.In financial management,the cost management is even more important.Today’s construction environment,the market is increasingly competitive,the cost management of construction enterprises becomes more important of corporate managers.Construction enterprises in order to achieve profit they must continuously improve the project cost management measures,try their best to get the maximum economic benefits with minimal consumption.This paper analyzes the project cost management in China’s enterprises,and then proposes measures to improve cost management.
