新视野下中小企业知识产权战略研究

文章通过对我国中小企业依靠知识产权带动经济发展方面的研究,提出了国家应当出台针对中小企业的知识产权法规政策,并且给予中小企业费用减免、专业培训的优惠。与此同时,中小企业应当结合自身的经济发展优势,制订一套适应自身企业的知识产权发展模式,对企业知识产权进行更为有效的保护,从而在市场竞争中占据有利位置,为企业经济增长提供动力。

Research on the Intellectual Property Rights Strategy in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Under the New Vision

Based on the research about the intellectual property rights to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,this paper proposes the advice that the country shall issue relevant intellectual property law and policy for the small and medium-sized enterprises,and give favorable cost reduction,professional training for the small and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,small and medium-sized enterprise shall,in combination with its own economic development advantages,develop a set of intellectual property development mode of enterprise knowledge property rights in small and medium-sized enterprise for more effective protection,so as to provide power for the enterprise economic growth.
