| 摘 要： | 发展低碳建筑既是适应低碳经济时代的客观要求,也是建筑领域落实科学发展观和构建"两型社会"的现实选择。文章首先简述了低碳经济背景下发展低碳建筑的重要意义,然后分析了低碳建筑的内涵及相关主体,并阐述了低碳建筑发展中存在的问题,最后提出了相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Developing low carbon buildings not only is an objective requirement of adapting to low carbon economy,but also a realistic choice of implementing the scientific outlook of development and establishing resources-saving and environment-friendly society.This paper summarizes the important significance of developing the low carbon buildings under the low carbon economy,and then analyzes the connotation and related participants of low carbon buildings,expounds the problems existing in the development of low carbon buildings,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
