| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国城市商业银行异地扩张活动异常活跃,但风险也相伴而生。异地扩张发展模式下,城市商业银行面临的风险主要根源于管理链条的增长,以及关于外埠城市市场状况的信息不对称,增加了操作风险和道德风险的发生几率。对此,应采取完善相关立法,加强监管,有效控制操作风险;完善城市商业银行的有限责任制度及公司治理等,有效控制城市商业银行扩张发展模式下的风险。

| Abstract: | The expansion development tendency of citibank in China was very obvious in recent years,and the risk caused by expansion development was increasing.By the expansion mode,the risk of citibank have to face is the long management chain and asymmetric information of other market situation,which cause the probability of operational risk and moral hazard growth.We should perfect the law and strengthening regulation,control operational risk efficiently,perfect the company government of citibank,to control the risk under the expansion development mode. |
