低碳经济下政府的消费引导政策探析

低碳消费是与低碳经济发展模式相匹配的健康科学的消费方式,但消费自身具有主观性与非理性,高碳消费向低碳消费的转变具有一定的困难,政府有必要对居民消费方式进行科学引导,促进低碳消费。文章首先借鉴了国外一些引导低碳消费的政策经验,然后分析我国现有的相关政策措施,最后提出政府引导低碳消费的后续政策建议。

Government's Consumption Policy Under Low Carbon Economy

Low carbon consumption is according with low carbon economy development.Somehow,the consumption is of subject and non-rational idea,it is hard to turn high carbon consumption into low carbon consumption.The government should lead the public to have healthy consumption way so as to improve low carbon consumption.The experience of low carbon consumption is introduced,and then the relevant policies in China are analyzed,at last the suggestions are put forward.
