新农村与城市化的内在互动关系

如何正确处理城市与农村的关系,是一个值得深入探讨的问题。城市化包括有形城市化(农村人口向城市集中)和无形城市化(城市文明对农村的扩散和幅射)。只有把这两者有机结合起来,协调起来,城市化才能健康发展。也就是说,城市化应当是推动农村发展的城市化,新农村应当是城市化进程中的新农村。必须动态地把握好城市与乡村的关系,把城市与乡村一起纳入城市化轨道,才符合本源意义上的城市化含义,才能推进整个社会的全面进步。
