论人民币汇率变动对中国采掘业的影响及对策

天人民币汇率不断攀升,对我国各进出口行业的国际贸易以及对外投资都有着很大的影响。以1981-2009年的人民币汇率动态变化为背景,从采掘业的进出口结构、对外投资以及资源价格改革三个角度,分析了人民币升值对我国采掘业的影响,并由此提出四点对策:(1)增加采掘业企业自主研发能力,大力提升采掘业出口结构;(2)积极进口初级必备矿产,建立起资源储备机制;(3)持续鼓励国内资源企业"走出去";(4)积极推动资源价格形成机制改革。

Discussion on the Influence of RMB Exchange Rate Change on China’s Excavation Industry

The rising exchange rate of RMB has impacted the international trade and investment abroad associated with various import and export industries.This paper analyses the influences of appreciation of the RMB on China’s mining industry according to export-import structure,investment in foreign country,and the resources price reform,and be based upon the dynamic change of 1981-2009 RMB exchange rate.And then it proposes four countermeasures: increasing the mining enterprise independent research and development capacity,and making great efforts to enhance export structure of mining;positively importing primary essential minerals and establishing resources reserve mechanism;persisting in encouraging domestic resource enterprises to carry out the strategy of "going global";actively promoting the reform to resource price structure mechanism.
