| 摘 要： | 深化地质调查项目专项资金管理,要强化地质调查项目专项资金预算编制,规范地质调查项目生产技术管理,依法依规使用专项资金,加强项目成果管理,加快地质调查项目成果应用及转化。同时要处理好专项资金预算管理与生产技术管理,专项资金预算标准与项目生产,预算管理与不同地区项目生产环境,专项资金预算编制、执行与项目成果等方面的关系。 |

| Abstract: | This paper proposes some methods for deepening the management over special fund of geological survey project,these are:strengthening the budget for special funds of geological survey projects;working out and standardizing production and technology management of geological survey projects;using these funds in accordance with laws and regulations;strengthening the project achievements management;speeding up the application and transformation of geological survey projects;while simultaneously handling the budget management of these funds and production technology management,special funds budget standard,project production,budget management and project production environment of different areas,special capital budgeting,and the relationship between implementation and project achievements,etc. |
