| 摘 要： | 高校后勤改革是我国高等教育进一步改革和发展的重要因素之一。面对高等教育蓬勃发展的新要求，客观认识改革中面临的困难，从思想观念上、队伍建设上、制度创新上特别是产权制度的创新上认真研究、深入探索，坚持科学发展观，积极寻求高校后勤社会化创新的新路子，是高校后勤改革的必由之路。
