摘    要:在油气勘探开发中,研究先进的钻井工具、新工艺、新技术对降低钻井成本、降低事故发生率、提高钻井效率有着重要意义。钻井过程中发生的轻微的漏失会使钻井工作中断,如井漏得不到及时处理,还会引起井喷和卡钻等事故,CCV(Centurioncirculate valve(可多次开关式循环分水接头))接头的出现,对处理井漏事故复杂提供了工具保证和技术支持。

Abstract:In the oil exploration and development,studying the advanced tools,new process,and new technologies plays an important role in lowering the drilling cost,reducing the accident rate,and improving the drilling efficiency.In fact,the slight leakage during the drilling can make drilling work stop.If the well leakage isn’t treated in time,accidents like the well blowout and the jamming of a drilling tool will take place.Therefore,the appearance of centurion circulate valve(CCV) provides tool guarantee and technological support for dealing with the complex well leakage accidents.
