摘    要:组织需求与个人能力匹配问题是当前人力资源管理研究领域的难点.文章针对组织需求与个人能力匹配存在的问题,指出规避该问题需要考虑的因素,以及实现个人能力与组织需求匹配平衡需要解决的关键问题,并提出解决组织需求与个人能力匹配的方法.

Abstract:The problem of matching the demand of organization with the individual capacity is a rub in the field of human resources management research. Aiming at existing problem of matching the demand of organization with the individual capacity, the article indicated the factors that need to be considered to avoid the problem, the key problem need to be resolved to realize the match and balance between the individual capacity and the demand of organization and the methods.
