| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下,法律是维护社会稳定和保障公平竞争的依据。从对“全国首例虚拟财产保护案”相关焦点问题的分析入手,建议建立我国网络游戏“虚拟财产”保护法律制度,以保障网络游戏这个新兴产业的健康发展。

This article analyzes the focal problems in "the first virtual property protecting case in China ", suggests setting up law system of virtual property of Internet game in China in order to advance the development of the Internet game industry. |
