Money laundering is a derivative of drug crime and is the essential process for the development of organized crime.After the event of September 11th,the core against money laundering by the international society and many countries has been shifted from illicit traffic in drugs to financing of terrorism.Because international money laundering activities are extremely active and its scope is still enlarging,money laundering has been regarded as one of the most severe problems by the international society,which can be demonstrated by the quantitative and qualitative analyses of money laundering.
