| 摘 要： | 独立学院是采用民办机制,通过市场调解实现高等教育资源的优化配置,这对我国高等教育事业来说是一次创新,它成为中国高等教育办学力量的重要组成部分,担负着为社会输送＂应用型＂本科人才的责任,同时对于促进我国经济健康发展,提升我国高等教育大众化的发展水平、实现科教兴国战略具有积极意义。
