产业特征、宏观调控与技术创新策略选择——来自中国工业层面的证据

论文通过构建技术创新倾向指标,对中国工业行业技术研发策略的理论实证分析发现:内外资企业技术差距、企业规模、政府财政补贴和银行贷款是影响各行业技术创新倾向与规模的主要因素;政府在进行财政补贴时,主要倾向于技术水平高、企业规模大以及技术研发投资规模高的行业,而对于产业特征、银行融资规模这两项指标缺乏足够的重视和关注;产业特征,企业规模对行业技术创新竞争力和技术创新策略选择具有显著的影响。

Industry Character,Macro-Control and the Choice of Technology Innovation Strategy:Evidences from China Industry Aspect

Through establishing technology innovation indicator,the paper studied China′s strategy of industry technology research by theoretical and empirical way and found that: the gap between the domestic and foreign enterprises,enterprise scale,government financial subsidy and bank loan are the most important factors on deciding industry's technology innovation investment scale and efficiency.While governments paying more financial subsidy to those industries which with higher level technology,more large capital scale and more large research investment scale,they ignored industry characters and bank loan capability.Industry characters and enterprise scale also make a notable impact on industry technology innovation competitiveness and the choice of technology innovation strategy.
