| Abstract: | It's difficult to grasp the spirit of the validity of transfering limited liability corporations' shares for those who study company law, meanwhile, such a problem often brings controversies in legal practice. Using legal theories, the author discussed in detail the validity of various kinds of share transfering contracts. On the other hand, the required procedure of transfering shares is also involved here. After discussing different views of this problem, the author presented her own thoughts. |
