| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation into the cooperative afforestation between state and town in Qinyuan,this paper expounds the historic background of transownership of cooperative afforestation analyzes the gradual appearing problems on cooperative afforestation between state and town along with the further reform of forestry economic structure,and it advances suggestions and countermeasures of strengthening and developing the cooperative afforestation. |
