| 摘 要： | 随着现代社会经济的快速发展,高新技术产业已成为当代经济增长的核心。而如何利用风险投资对高科技产业发展的催化作用,促进高新技术产业的发展,实现传统产业向高科技产业的转换和跨越,成为我国当前经济建设中急需解决的课题。从高科技产业发展的需求、风险投资的功能、作用机制及存在的问题探讨了风险投资对高科技产业发展的作用,并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of modern social economy,high-tech industry has become the core of economic increasing at present.How to make use of venture capital to catalyst the high-tech industry development,and realize the conversion of traditional industry to high-tech industry has,become an urgent task to be fufilled in China's economic development.This paper discusses the needs of high-tech industry development,function mechanism and existent problems of venture capitals in high-tech industry. |
