| 摘 要： | 我国物流法律法规现状存在种种弊端,难以适应现代物流业的继续发展要求,文中认为,我国物流法律体系应该进行渐进式构建,首先是要对现行物流进行清理、汇编,其次加强单行立法,以便适应目前物流业发展的基本需要,最后,在条件成熟的时候,将物流立法法典化,构建完善的物流法律体系。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of abuses in the laws and regulations of China logistics. It is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the modern logistics industry development.This paper exposite that the China's logistics legal system should gradually construct . Firstly,the existing logistics laws and regulations should be cleaned up,compiled.Secondly,the separate legislation should be strengthen,in order to adapt to the current development of the logistics industry's basic needs.Finally,if the conditions of the legislation is ripe,the code would be consummate ,then the perfect law system will be constructed. |
