| 摘 要： | 当前我国农村医疗卫生条件仍然比较落后,村级医疗服务质量低,农民医疗负担重,因病致贫、因病返贫等问题影响到农村和整个国家的发展。必须加大政府投入,推广新型农村合作医疗制度,改善农村医疗卫生服务条件,促进农村医疗卫生保障体系的建立与农村的稳定和发展。

| Abstract: | The rural medical and health service is still backward in China. And the service quality is low at the village level. The burden is heavy for the farmers, and disease may lead to poverty, such problems would influence the development of rural area and the whole nation. The investment from the government should be enlarged, new type of cooperative medical system should be spread, medical and health service should be improved, to promote the establishment and steady development of medical and health security system in rural area. |
