中国正式成为世界贸易组织的成员 ,必将对中国的高等教育产生重大的影响。高等教育的国际化需要管理现代化。要实现高等教育的现代化就必须加强管理 ,深入地进行体制改革和创新 ,以管理现代化推进高等教育现代化的进程。高等教育要按市场规则运行 ,确立新型的政校关系。尽快修改、完善现有的教育法律法规 ,公平地对待不同的办学主体。建立科学规范的教育评估体系 ,积极发挥我国教育的比较优势。必须加强和改进德育工作 ,推进德育创新 ,构筑新型德育模式 ,增强德育工作的实效性。

Entry of WTO & Higher Education of China

Entering into WTO will create great influence in China's higher education. Internationalization in higher education needs modern management. Realizing modernization in higher education needs strong management, carrying out reforming and new system. Function of higher education needs adjusting with market rules, establishing new-style relationship with government and universities. Government should amend and consummate existing laws and educational codes, treat schools differently. Establishing scientific and canonical evaluation system for education; Taking advantages in China's education. It's essential to strengthen and ameliorate function of modern education; advance innovation of modern education; construct new-style model of modern education; enrich the effect of modern education.
