| 摘 要： | 我国在针对发展循环经济的过程中存在的主要问题,提出了循环经济柔性发展的思想,从系统论的角度对循环经济系统的柔性进行了研究,指出节点柔性和结构柔性分别与系统的动态稳定性和功能实现有关。要以经济——生态——社会系统的综合效益最优为目标,对循环经济系统的有序发展和柔性控制进行深入地探讨。
