| 摘 要： | 本文通过对2006-2010年中国重要报纸全文数据库中524篇新闻报道的内容分析,首先提取出与区域人才聚集效应相关的367个分析单元;其次,结合已有研究,将区域人才聚集效应划分为时间和空间两个维度,共识别归纳出5类16种效应,编码统计分析结果表明,升级效应和带动效应分别是时空两个维度中最显著的聚集效应,反映出人才聚集与区域经济发展之间的互动共赢关系;最后,根据内容分析结果,得出了关于促进区域人才聚集正向效应、预防负向效应的结论与启示。
