| 摘 要： | “大部制”并非新鲜事物,之所以能够在近期引起人们的注视.得益于其既有的实践市场。一种理论的成熟程度直接取决于该理论在实践中的效度。“大部制”其本身有诸多特征,“综合管理”模式就是其中之一。
