| 摘 要： | 提高废旧电器回收再生利用的效率和价值离不开对其项目建设进行系统规划,通过对天津市废旧电器市场预测,分析各种环境因素,确定合理的建设规模,进行回收、再用、再生三个层次的项目建设系统规划,提出回收网点合理布置、再生设备厂址正确选择和再生材料适度分散的规划原则,对于有效实施废旧电器回收再生利用项目区域规划具有重要理论指导意义和现实应用价值.

| Abstract: | It is necessary to plan project systematically in order to enhance effi ciency and value of reclaiming,reusing and recycling waste electrical appliances .So it is very useful to carry effectively out item planning in theory and pract ice by forecasting waste appliances' market in Tianjin, defining rationally en gineering scope, planning systematically the project from three levels such as reclaiming,reusing and recycling,putting forward several principles:arranging ra tionally reclaiming networks,selecting correctly the sites of recycling applianc es,and scattering in moderate degree the sites of recycling materials. |
