| 摘 要： | 集团企业的成功运作需要良好的内部控制，而中国目前的国有企业集团内部控制存在多方面的问题，这些问题的存在严重影响了集团企业的运作效果、本文分析了国有企业集团内部控制存在的问题及其原因，并以此为依据提出了改革中国国有控股企业集团的建议。

| Abstract: | Successful operating of group corporation needs a good internal control, but currently there are many problems in state owned group corporations. These problems greatly affect the operating results of group corporation. In this article we analyze the problems existing in internal control of our state owned group corporations, and give some advice on how to reform our state-controlled group control. |
