近年来,国土资源标准化工作取得显著成效,但也面临着诸如不适应、不匹配、不积极、缺经费等问题。因此,进一步加强国土资源标准化工作,要在深刻认识国土资源标准化工作新定位的基础上,加强体系建设、实行分类管理、强化资质认证、建立激励机制、实施开放战略,以改革创新开创国土资源标准化工作的新局面;提高认识,加强统筹协调,构建国土资源标准化工作新机制。

Thoughts on Enhancing the Efforts on the Work of the Standardization of Land and Resources

This paper points out that inadaptation, mismatching, poor attitude and lack of funds are the main problems that we face in the work of the standardization of land and resources. Therefore, we must engage in more efforts to strengthen the construction of system, carry out the policy of classification administration, intensify the qualification certification, establish an incentive mechanism, and implement the strategy of opening up with a view to create a new situation of the standardization of land and resources through reform and innovation. In addition, we must increase awareness, enhance coordination, and build new mechanisms for standardization of land and resources.
