低碳经济背景下农村土地资源开发与利用研究

随着全球能源消费的剧增,全球气候变化面临严峻挑战,发展低碳经济,促进农村土地资源的低碳化开发与利用是社会主义新农村建设的新思路。低碳经济背景下的农村土地资源开发与利用包含着对传统土地资源开发与利用模式的改变和对低碳经济土地资源利用模式的探索。文章基于低碳经济的视角分析了农村土地开发与利用的问题,探索了实行低碳经济农村土地开发的可行性,提出了在低碳经济背景下农村土地资源开发与利用的相关对策。
