廊坊市农村居民点用地整治措施研究

农村居民点整治是社会主义新农村建设的基础性工作，是农村社会经济发展到一定阶段，土地利用由粗放型向集约型转变的客观要求，也是实现农村城镇化，发展农村经济和建设现代化乡村社区的必然选择。论文分析了廊坊市农村居民点用地现状及其根源，发现目前廊坊市农村居民点用地不断盲目扩大，缺乏合理规划和严格管理，基础设施差，生产与生活缺少功能分区等已经严重制约了农村发展。在对上述问题分析的基础上，针对廊坊市实际，以农村居民点整治理论为指导，提出了农村居民点规划、规范农村居民点用地管理和加大政府投入等整治措施。
