辽宁省农村劳动力流动存在的主要问题及对策

辽宁农村中存在的大量剩余劳动力顺利转移到城镇、转移到非农产业，才能缩小工业与农业、城市和农村的差别，才能从根本上解决辽宁的三农问题。农村劳动力流动是现阶段解决三农问题的重要途径之一。基于在辽宁省内的农村劳动力流动者的实地调研情况，提出辽宁省农村劳动力流动在现阶段的主要问题，并针对问题提出应对策略。
