美国次贷危机与东南亚金融危机的比较与启示

文章就1997年的东南亚金融危机与11年后的美国次贷危机的产生原因、表现方式、对实体经济的影响、应对措施、对中国的影响等方面的异同进行了比较分析,在此基础上导引出两次危机给中国带来的启示。东南亚金融危机的启示:1.引导产业结构升级,保持经济发展的连贯性;2.谨慎对待金融自由化理论。次贷危机的特殊启示:1.充分认识金融创新所伴随的风险,金融体制和金融监管改革的重要性在某种程度上不亚于金融创新;2.次贷危机也给中国宏观调控提供了启示;3.建立国际间协调机制。两场危机的相同启示:1.虚拟经济不能脱离实体经济;2.健全金融监管机制。
