| 摘 要： | 基于当前合金锯片冲齿模具应用现状和冲裁模的相关知识的论述,介绍冲齿模具的各种齿形及适用范围,设计模具时,用这几大类型与设计冲制基体的形状相比较,就可以确定采用哪种类型的冲裁模,提高设计制造模具的周期,减少出现不必要的麻烦,这在实际设计模具中具有很强的指导意义。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces all kinds of tooth profile and the applicable scope of the punching tooth molds based on the current application status of alloy saw blade punching tooth mold and the related knowledge of blanking die. When the molds are designed, a few types are compared with designing the shape of coining matrix, which can determine to select the type of the blanking die,improve the cycle of mold design and manufacture, and reduce the unnecessary trouble. It has a strong guiding significance in the practical mold design. |
