| 摘 要： | 当前应用型本科院校财务管理专业的实践教学普遍存在教学内容零乱、教学环节组织松散、实习基地"空心化"以及实践教学指导"虚拟化"等诸多问题。本文针对上述问题提出了应用型本科院校财务管理专业实践教学的改进思路,即构建模块化实践教学内容、组织集成化实践教学环节、建设网络化实习实训基地、培养技能化实践教学队伍等。上述改进措施对于进一步提高各高校应用型财务管理专业实践教学质量,实现该专业人才培养目标显然具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Currently there are some common problems in the practice teaching of financial management in application oriented universities, such as messy teaching content, loose teaching organization, ＂hollowing out＂ practice base and ＂virtualization＂ of practice teaching guidance. This article presents the idea for the improvement of financial management teaching in application oriented universities based on the problems above. The improvement idea includes building modular teaching content, organizing integrated practice teaching link, constructing network practice bases, cultivating de-skilled practice teaching team, etc. The improvement measures are of great practical significance to further improve the practice teaching quality of applied financial management in universities, and realize the goal of talent cultivation. |
