中职院校管理的创新研究

随着近几年国家对职业教育的重视,中职院校发展迅猛。但随之而来的就是管理、就业等问题。为了适应经济市场就业的需要以及职业岗位多变的需要,我国中职院校学生管理显得尤为重要,也是我国学校教育管理的一项基本活动以及关键环节。本文首先阐述了加强中职院校教学创新管理的意义,其次分析当前中职院校的教学管理存在的问题,最后提出几点改进措施。

Innovative Research of the Management of Secondary Vocational School

As China pays more attention to the vocational education in recent years, the secondary vocational school has a rapid development. But the following is the management and employment problem. In order to adapt to the needs of economic market employment and the needs of the changing employment and occupation position, student management of secondary vocational school is very important, and it is also one basic activity and the key link of school education management in China. Firstly, this paper expounds the meaning of strengthening the teaching management innovation of secondary vocational school, then analyzes the problems in teaching management currently, and finally puts forward some improvement measures.
